About MyGE

Mission

MyGE helps people search and compare real estate in Georgia using available public listings and original market analytics. The project is designed to provide context, not just a list of objects: city, district, price per m², rent levels, inventory and links to original sources.

We combine listing search, city pages, guides and market statistics so property research starts with structured data instead of scattered tabs.

How data is collected

MyGE collects available public listing data, stores key fields in a consistent format and keeps a link to the original source. Comparison fields include city, district, deal type, price, area, rooms, update date and source.

Incomplete and clearly invalid records are excluded before market statistics are calculated. Price analytics use fresh listings, usually from the last 30 days; the period extends to 90 days when samples are small.

Data sources

MyGE combines available public listings from several real estate platforms, including ss.ge, myhome.ge and korter.ge. Listing availability, terms and original materials remain the responsibility of the relevant source or listing author.

We do not present external listings as our own and always direct users to the original source for final verification.

How often data is updated

Collection runs regularly throughout the day. An individual listing can update with a delay if the source changed its data, is temporarily unavailable or removed the property.

Search results show update dates, while the market page explains analytics periods and calculation limitations.

Market statistics methodology

Database inventory and the sample used for price analytics are shown separately. Medians, averages, price per m² and rent by rooms are calculated after data cleaning.

The methodology page documents filtering ranges and the use of 30-day and 90-day periods.

The problem we solve

Georgia's property market is fragmented across different sources. Listings can use different formats, update at different speeds and vary in data quality. MyGE brings the key fields into one interface and helps users filter unsuitable options faster.

Users can compare sale and rent inventory by city, review median price per m², check rent by rooms and then open the original listing for final verification.

How MyGE differs from a simple aggregator

The site includes unified search, city comparison, price per m² calculations, sale and rent statistics, a transparent methodology and guides about districts, climate, transport and documents. Analytics are calculated from the MyGE database after excluding incomplete and clearly invalid records.

We disclose limitations: small samples are treated as indicative, and important details must always be verified with the original source.

What MyGE is not

MyGE is not a real estate agency, does not own listings, does not guarantee availability and does not process property payments. We do not represent sellers, landlords or buyers.

Prices, addresses, documents, availability and deal terms should be confirmed with the original source or a qualified professional.
